Service Description

A professional and safe measurement of your VO2, strength and core. A full Military Physical Training Instructor (PTI) co-ordinated test complete with performance feedback. This service is included within an MPT membership. Current serving members of the HM FORCES can use this service FREE of charge please contact MPT.
